The Founder

Jim Baxter is the owner and president of a local award-winning successful construction company in central New Jersey. A natural entrepreneur, he grew his business from three employees and annual sales of $300,000 to 30 employees and annual sales of $6M. Since the founding of his company in 1981, he has earned an impeccable reputation for outstanding quality work and incredible attention to detail. Baxter Construction is a general contractor which does residential remodeling, specializing in historical restoration and renovation of older homes. They also have experience in commercial construction and green building. With Jim's extensive contracting/building experience and understanding of real estate and maintenance, Total Home Manager combines real-world experience to solve all your maintenance and construction concerns in a timely and cost-effective fashion.

One call to THM is all you need to do – we take it from there. You’ll meet with one of the project managers and together, you’ll discuss the repair or project at hand. THM will provide the estimate, oversee the job, coordinate with the carpenters and subcontractor team, and do a final inspection. And when the project is completed, you’ll get just one invoice.
