Jim Baxter and Ray Disch have longstanding relationships with our vendors and contractors. The vendors give THM preferred scheduling and offer pricing considerations for their work.
Your dedicated project manager will inspect the property twice per year (fall and spring) to ensure that your maintenance plan is on track. It’s another way we ensure constant monitoring of the condition of your property.
At membership renewal, we will completely review your files and update your maintenance plan in accordance with the work performed during the year.
