THM uses in-house carpenters and works with a network of local subcontractors. All contractors and vendors are pre-screened, pre-qualified, licensed and insured. All services and projects are coordinated and contracted through THM (start to finish including estimates, scheduling, project oversight and final review).

Your dedicated project manager will inspect the property twice per year (fall and spring) to ensure that your maintenance plan is on track. It’s another way we ensure constant monitoring of the condition of your property.
Annual review of your files and update your maintenance plan in accordance with the work performed during the year.
Emergency 24/7 response and services. After hours calls are fielded via our answer service. Overtime rates may apply.
Short term vacation / business travel home inspections available with membership. Additional fees apply.
