Total Home Manager offers you a single-source solution for your interior and exterior carpentry, repairs and maintenance needs. Total Home Manager is owned and operated by two local entrepreneurs who are also long-time residents: Jim Baxter, who grew his business from three employees and annual sales of $300,000 to 30 employees and annual sales of $6M; and Ray Disch who was co-founder of Triumph Brewing Company, founder/broker of Disch Real Estate and founder of Sourland Mountain Spirits. Together they bring more than 40 years of home construction, maintenance and management experience.
